TV Table without cable mess

A TV with only two or three peripheral devices is requiring a set of various cables which does usually not look very nice. As I did not find a small TV table giving a solution to the cable mess, I decided to do my own project and to construct a table making most of the cables invisible.

As far as the choice of the material is concerned, I decided to go for OSB plates. This material is not only low in price but gives a very special character and look to the furniture. To my surprise there is still no furniture with this material available in the market.

All necessary cables, power supplies and distribution lists are hidden in the table behind the DVD rack. The external connection of all devices are limited to two cables, one for the power and the other one for the TV and internet signal. The cable mess is reduced to a minimum.
